- How do you process payment?
- We are partnered with Pinwheel, a secure payment processor. We accept most major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). We even accept Bitcoin and Ethereum. Sezzle and ASK are also accepted forms of payment.
- Where can I enter my Coupon code?
- Your coupon code can be entered at checkout. Once the code is entered you will see the discount automatically applied at the total. Limit one coupon per order.
- How can we contact you?
- You can contact us by chat or email Mon-Fri 9am-4:30 EST and Sat-Sun 10am-4pm EST (excluding holidays).
- What about backordered items?
- Our system will not keep backorders. Any items that are not available will be removed from your order. Your order will be billed accordingly.
- Does Eros Love Shop have a brick and mortar store?
- We are an online store only. All items are shipped directly from the warehouse.
- Can orders be placed over the phone?
- Unfortunately, we can not take orders over the phone. All orders must be placed online
