How Much is Shipping?

• Standard shipping is free for all orders over $49 (Before taxes and after any coupon codes are applied). For orders below $49, standard shipping cost is only $9.99. If you need your order delivered faster, you can elect to have faster shipping. The cost of faster shipping is determined by your chosen delivery date.

Discreet Shipping and Billing

• Discreet shipping is important to all of us. Shipping packages are all unmarked bubble mailers, brown boxes, or white boxes. Shipping labels will read customer service.

• Billing is also done discreetly. Credit card charges will read Peak Products Corporation or Peak Customer Fulfillment, the parent company to Eros Love Shop

When will my order be shipped?

• Delivery times depend on the location of the customer. In checkout, continue to the shipment method to see your estimated delivery date. Most orders placed before 5 o’clock EST will be shipped same day.

How is my order shipped?

• We ship via UPS, FEDEX, and USPS. Once the order has been processed by the carrier a tracking link will be sent with the shipping information. Tracking links may take 2-3 days to be updated by the carrier.

Do any products have shipping restrictions?

• Some products can only be shipped within the United States due to weight
